Our Story
Started in 1945. Still the same family.
Boone Flooring opened in 1945 and has been family owned and operated ever since — four generations of the same family in the same trade. We are Jacksonville's oldest flooring company, and that is not a slogan we bought; it is a record we kept.
We are based in Middleburg, Florida and we serve Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Over eighty years we have installed, sanded, repaired, and refinished floors in homes, churches, schools, gyms, and businesses across this region — many of them more than once.
Hardwood is all we do. We do not take carpet, tile, or vinyl work. Specializing that narrowly for that long is what lets us look at a floor and know what it needs before the first sanding pass — and it is why we will tell you when it needs less than you expected.
