Hardwood Floor Repairs
Water damage, pet stains, cupped or split boards, gaps, and squeaks — replaced and woven into the existing floor, then blended through refinishing.
Overview
What hardwood floor repairs means
Most damaged hardwood does not need to be replaced wholesale. Individual boards can be cut out and woven back in so the repair disappears into the run of the floor.
Blending the repair through the refinishing process is what makes it invisible — and that is the part most people cannot do on their own.
What we repair
- Water damage from leaks, appliances, or storms
- Pet stains and dark spots that have reached the wood
- Cupped, crowned, or split boards
- Gaps between boards
- Squeaks and loose, hollow-sounding areas
- Transitions and thresholds that have failed

How It Works
The process, step by step
Straight answers before you commit — including what the work looks like inside your space.
- 01
Free on-site estimate
We walk the space with you, look at the floor's condition, species, and scope, and answer your questions. Timeline and pricing are confirmed here, in person — never guessed over the phone.
- 02
Find the cause
A repair over an unresolved moisture problem fails twice. We look at what created the damage before we replace anything.
- 03
Replace and weave in
Damaged boards come out and new boards go in woven to the existing pattern, so there is no patch outline left behind.
- 04
Blend and finish
Sanding and finishing across the repair blends the new wood into the old so the floor reads as one surface again.
