We walk the space with you, look at the floor's condition, species, and scope, and answer your questions. Timeline and pricing are confirmed here, in person — never guessed over the phone.

Design and materials
We work out the layout, species, and contrast with you, and confirm exactly what the detail will look like before anything is cut.

Build and install
Custom pieces are cut and fit precisely, then set into the surrounding floor so the lines run true.

Finish and walkthrough
Sanding and finishing on site level the detail flush with the field of the floor, then we walk it with you.
